About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Industry Lead for Household Essentials. The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving quota through the nurturing of existing relationships and the initiation of new partnerships within the industry. This role involves managing a team of sales executives and account managers, overseeing industry sales revenue, and providing accurate assessments of progress to the company's leadership. The VP will also be responsible for the identification, creation, and management of key business relationships to develop revenue-generating opportunities. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, and be proficient in Salesforce and Excel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales teams, and meeting or exceeding performance indicators, and revenue targets. They should possess strong managerial and leadership skills, be adept at making personnel decisions, and provide tailored coaching to their teams. The role requires a leader who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and is an expert in the CPG space, with a deep understanding of key partners, competitors, and industry trends. The VP is expected to lead by example, embodying the company's core values and driving the team towards the company's vision.
