Pfizer Futures

If you’re a college student, Pfizer Futures is your chance to gain real-world, impactful work experience for 10-12 weeks during the summer. This U.S. program offers undergraduate Freshman-Seniors, the opportunity to grow and develop into the next Pfizer Colleague.

With opportunities across the Enterprise, Pfizer Futures interns will support their division’s goals and initiatives while building relationships and learning about Pfizer.

The 2025 Pfizer Futures application portal will be open from October 15, 2024, to December 15, 2024.

Applications and placements for this program are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities

The Pfizer Commercial Business is at the forefront of delivering innovative medicines and vaccines. It plays a vital role in bridging the gap between Pfizer and the medical community ensuring that our scientific and clinical information reaches the hands of physicians, healthcare professionals, providers, and most importantly, patients. The Pfizer Commercial business role responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Work alongside with business leaders in our US and International Commercial divisions across the broad range of Pfizer product portfolio assisting with brand and customer engagement initiatives
  • Support our Marketing, Customer Engagement and Science Representative teams by assisting in drafting content for various communication materials, planning communication campaigns to promote organizational events, and conducting research on communication trends
  • Support Pfizer’s Chief Marketing Office in planning, developing, and executing the commercial organization’s advertising, media, and commercial analytics initiatives.
  • Partner with the Medical Affairs team to assist with literature and guideline reviews, data, summaries, and organizational support
  • Collaborate with the Global Access and Value team to accelerate sustainable patient access to innovative medicines and vaccines through patient, provider, and payer partnerships

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. This Program cannot support applicants who require employer sponsored visas now or in the future.
  • Be an undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time university program (an accredited college / university degree program at the time of application)
  • Be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
  • Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA as of the most recently completed semester
  • Be able to commute to a Pfizer location 4+ days a week. Please note, some lab/manufacturing roles may require additional on-site days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Studying applicable degree (Communications, Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Data Science)

This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Pfizer. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.

In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.

Pay Rate Range: $26/hr to $29/hr
