What You'll Do:

Marketing Fun:

• Social Media Rockstar: Help manage and jazz up our social media profiles-Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Your creative touch will shine online!
• Customer Cheers: Assist with fantastic customer appreciation campaigns featuring Synergy-branded merchandise, gift baskets, and festive holiday surprises.

Sales Adventures:

• Opportunity Explorer: Partner with Account Executives to uncover and chase new sales opportunities through creative strategies like professional introductions, referrals, and cold calling.
• Sales Wizardry: Keep our sales pipeline fresh and organized by documenting and forecasting opportunities, tracking customer decision timelines, and updating our systems.
• Proposal Pro: Assist in crafting compelling proposals and job cost estimates that wow our clients.
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with our awesome internal teams (global service desk, sales, marketing, engineering) to meet and exceed customer needs.

Customer Support & Project Magic:

• IT Service Desk Sidekick: Provide top-notch support as a backup for our IT Service Desk team.
• Concierge Extraordinaire: Deliver exceptional service on client calls, creating tailored tickets and solving issues with flair.
• On-Call Hero: Join our rotating on-call squad, providing support during select weekends and off-hours.
• Field Fun: Travel to student housing sites, assist with testing, customer support, and help with move-in booths during academic breaks.
