JOB PURPOSE If you are passionate about maintenance and mechanical operations, then this role is just for you WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Supports in planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities by evaluating a preventive or corrective maintenance strategy based on cost/benefit priorities. Ensures compliance with the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, health and safety at work) procedures and documents related to job responsibilities. Supports in the development of maintenance procedures and ensures program implementation. Supports in increasing Safety Improvements into Machinery Safety matters. Supports in the implementation of UMS (Unilever Manufacturing Standards) on Professional Maintenance. Attends daily meetings in line with Run to Standard approach. Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades. Supports in the collection and analysis of processing performance data for continuous improvement. Uses process knowledge to help develop and deliver novel products and processes. Works on the implementation of digital innovations and projects. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Educational Background : Engineering Master's Degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Experience : One to three years of previous similar experience. Languages Skills : Native in Italian, Fluent in English. Time management Skills : Extremely well-organized, precise and able to multi-task. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
