About the Role: We are looking for an Internal Sales professional in our IoT, Data & AI business unit. The person will be responsible for processes and vendor pricing, managing all quotes and closing orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio. Responsibilities: Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts. Engage in active inside selling by using various sources to gain information on customers and utilize this to maximize call potential and outcomes. Manage customer backorders and report specialist knowledge, engaging in intelligent project fishing. Manage projects end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions. Drive sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is required. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated, ensuring active closure of opportunities. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 3-5 years of experience. Numerate with good attention to detail. Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills. Priority management and planning skills. Strive to achieve set targets. Understanding of the sales process. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM. A knowledge of Data & AI product set and IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential. Fluent in Italian and English.
