Join our team and start your journey today The Sales Manager HVAC will be part of the Sales Team and report to the Sales Director Electronic EU. He/She/They will be responsible for her/his/their assigned area by developing and keeping market shares complying with the company’s targets. Essential functions: Move autonomously and independently in contacting and organizing visits to customers and prospects; Define and execute a sales plan for your designated territory to achieve quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities; Be a product/solution expert and regularly perform demos to actuals and prospective customers; Co-sell with other BU teams and strategize with channel partners/VARs and System Integrators; Monitor and maintain customer knowledge on existing product portfolio and assure information flow on new products; Understand and navigate customer buying procedures and potential roadblocks; Interact with customers and build trusted relationships: presenting the products along with collaborating in preparing tenders, proposals and quotations; Maintain continuous interaction with Marketing and Operations to support new products launch and during the entire product life cycle contributing to maintaining an excellent level of service; Participate and contribute to regular KPI analysis and sales performance review; Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings; Accurately forecast bookings on a quarterly basis and be disciplined in logging opportunity details in Salesforce; Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and other internal teams to achieve both individual and company goals; Be aware and stay updated on Trade Compliance requirements; Available for frequent travel (up to 50% of time) mainly in Europe. Required qualifications and experience: Previous experience in the HVAC market in Sales/Technical/Application/Service roles; Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Strong Customer Focus and results oriented; Effective communication skills, developing and delivering multi-mode communications to stakeholders inside and outside the organization; Technical background and passion for innovative solutions helping to decarbonize the world; Ability to effectively build formal and informal relationship networks; Accountable, energetic and enthusiastic in taking on new challenges and working under pressure; Analytical mindset; Ability to lead a complex sales process and build close relationships with varied stakeholders; Previous success in developing company growth in new territory and exceeding sales goals is a significant advantage.
