Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills Requirements: Proven working experience as a customer service manager; Experience in providing excellent customer service; Knowledge of management methods and techniques; Proficiency in English Support Customer Care and Support Teams Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools Awareness of industrys latest technology, trends and applications; Ability to think strategically and lead: Strong client-facing and communication skills; Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills; Customer service orientation Education and Experience: Bachelor''s degree; business and marketing majors preferred 5-10 years in Customer Service with a Minimum of 5 years of management experience; Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting. Hardworking, persistent and dependable. Positive and enthusiastic Police Clearance Certificate & Valid Passport Medicals and Bloodwork tests to be completed prior to departure Company will assist with Work Permit, and extended Visa upon arrival on the island Well presented, well spoken, willing and able to work overtime and extended hours Duties and Responsibilities: Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth; Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution: Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission; Develop service procedures, policies and standards; Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions; Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports; Recruit, mentor and develop customer service representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment; Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement; Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets; Adhere to and manager the approved budget; Create and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities; Find Us on Social Media
