Job Description
Grade 12 with Maths or Accounting Bachelors degree in social work or clinical psychology or equivalent qualification Registered with the Council for Social Work/EAPA SA/ Medical Board At least 5 years of relevant experience, inclusive of exposure to industrial social work, Group work, Community interventions, computer literacy, fluent in English plus the to communicate in local languages such as N Sotho and XiTsonga Self-starter, initiative, Conceptuality, Attention to detail, Correctness, Non-Judgemental, high stress tolerance, emotional ability/intelligence Develop/review the company HIV/Aids policy ad procedure with relevant stakeholders Coordinate overall wellness and Disease Management System, including HIV/ Aids and TB Promote and monitor health and safety of PWA (confidentiality). Administer in-house ARV programme Provide support, counselling, and recommended training to improve performance of employees with disabilities, HIV/Aids, and any other chronic illness Participate in networking that will benefit the company wit updated and accurate information on health and wellness issues Offer support, counselling and referral to loss and trauma in the work place Market EAP services to employees and supervisors Implementation of SANS 16001 wellness and disease management system Monitoring and evaluation of HIV/Aids programme report Develop or review related policies and procedures Formulate and implement addiction awareness programmes
