If you’re a seasoned pro in content development and know how to handle clients like a boss, let’s chat About the Role This role is made for someone with 5-7 years of experience who’s a powerhouse in content strategy, social media management, and client relations. You’ll be the go-to for managing big-name clients across platforms, reporting on progress, and planning content with the future in mind. Responsibilities Own and manage content calendars for various channels (PESO), building robust strategies that work across platforms Proficient in Sprinklr and social media programs for managing executive accounts and corporate pages with flair Confidently manage high-profile clients, including regular communications, meetings, and reporting Manage budgets, develop paid ads/boosted posts, and drive big-picture strategies for both consumer and business brands Stay ahead of trends, write articles, post on LinkedIn, and represent the agency as an industry leader Mentor a Social Media Coordinator and help build out our digital/social team Deliver annual reports, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations Support in new client pitches to expand our portfolio Bonus Skills While not essential, these extras will set you apart: Basic graphic design skills (Canva) SEO and paid media fundamentals Website backend support Newsletter management Video and podcast editing
