Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Administrator to handle all sales-related administrative duties in a professional and diligent manner, at a well-established automotive company in Johannesburg. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate electronic deal files by uploading necessary documents and ensuring all required documents are included for both cash and financed deals. Audit and verify deal files, ensuring completion and approval by the 7th of each month. Oversee key control, ensuring vehicle keys are tagged and a register is maintained. Manage vehicle permits, NATIS control, and handle vehicle check-ins, including reporting damages or missing items. Conduct weekly and monthly vehicle stock counts, ensuring accurate records through barcode scanning or other verification methods. Document vehicle movements, stock counts, and loan forms on the designated system for management review. Assist with vehicle transfers between dealerships and suppliers, ensuring proper documentation. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Relevant administrative experience in a sales or automotive environment. Grade 12 qualification. Strong organizational and auditing skills.
