Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and maintaining IT and non-IT systems. Develop and implement technical and administrative procedures. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and oversee upgrades. Ensure compliance with data protection and system security protocols. Support departments in streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Maintain system documentation and provide staff training. Qualifications: Grade 12 (essential); IT or Business Administration qualification (advantage). Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel (essential). 24 years of experience in technical and administrative systems management.
