Minimum requirements: Matric Previous sales, or customer support experience will be an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure the best outcomes for all stakeholders Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks A proactive and resilient mindset, always striving to achieve success Proficient computer skills A passion for building relationships and helping people achieve their career goals. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Identify potential candidates through various sourcing techniques such as networking, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Match candidates with suitable job opportunities and present them to clients. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices. Reaching daily KPIs and monthly targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system. Stay abreast of industry developments, employment legislation, and market trends.
