Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CS Administrator to manage customer service and administrative duties professionally and efficiently, at a well-established automotive company in Johannesburg. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service. Conduct follow-up calls for new and returning customers and maintain accurate records in the system. Capture and update customer data accurately. Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when needed. Perform general administrative tasks and maintain organized records. Assist with switchboard operations during receptionist breaks. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Grade 12 qualification. Computer literacy, with experience in industry-relevant systems. Relevant experience in the motor industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
