The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on-the-job experience.

In a customer-facing environment, lead processing implementation projects of a technical and non-technical nature. Deliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.

Job Description:

  1. Provide end-to-end project execution throughout basic processing implementation projects.
  2. Drive basic customer processing implementation projects of electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology.
  3. Guide customers through applicable MasterCard processing rules, specification, and documentation.
  4. Identify appropriate processing implementation support documentation (contracts, agreements, forms, etc.) to be provided by customers.
  5. Handle multiple basic customer processing implementation projects in parallel.

All about you:

  1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree program, graduating during 2024. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
  5. Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience and Skills needed:

  1. Well-rounded individual with significant extracurricular involvement.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Excellent analytical skills.
  4. Ability to work on a team and independently.
  5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  6. Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  7. Attention to detail.

Languages:

  1. English required.
  2. Additional languages a plus.
