As a HR Shared Service Specialist - Brasil, you will be responsible for:

  1. Successful execution of one or more HR Operations process(s).
  2. Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s).
  3. Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area(s).
  4. Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advice on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses, and HR partners.
  5. Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements.
  6. Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
  7. Continuously building and sharing area of expertise; keeping current with internal and external updates and changes.
  8. Providing ad-hoc operational support for assigned process.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  1. Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years prior professional work experience (can include internships).
  3. Have written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and English.
  4. Be comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics.
  5. Have a customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsiveness.
  6. Be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team environment.
  7. Apply solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.
  8. Demonstrate passion for continuous process improvement and simplification.
  9. Have analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data.
  10. Demonstrate organization skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  11. Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Desired qualifications

Have previous experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Global Mobility, or Shared Service Centers. Have written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
