Who you are
UST is looking an IT Recruiter to join our team, specializing in sourcing and selecting top talent for technology positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technology roles, along with excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions for technology roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within tech consultancy companies.
- Strong understanding of technology roles and the skills required for various positions.
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with the labor markets in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience + 6 years of experience in TA
- Experience in IT IT Global Consulting companies
- Advanced English.
