Marketing Analyst - NoPing

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team at NoPing. If you are a creative, organized individual with a knack for building and maintaining strategic relationships, this position is for you! This professional will be responsible for managing our partnerships and influencer campaigns, promoting the NoPing brand in an innovative and strategic manner.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand NoPing's presence;
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns;
• Track the success metrics of partnerships and adjust strategies to maximize results;
• Negotiate agreements and terms with partners and influencers;
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment with brand identity;
• Stay updated on marketing trends and innovative influencer strategies.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of marketing experience in the gaming industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proactive, dynamic, and analytical;
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on partnerships and influencers;
• Negotiation skills and a talent for building strong relationships;
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and performance reports.

Preferred Language Skills:

• Advanced English for conversation;
• Intermediate Spanish for both spoken and written communication.

Compensation and Contract Model:
