Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma in any course.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Filipino.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Produce 100% good quality products following manufacturing rules and policies.

• Process correction of checking based on JIS and Check Manuals.
• Assess factors of product defects found in the assigned process.
• Follow Production Rule; One Cycle Stop, Home Position Stop Card, and Whistle Rule.
• Make proposals or countermeasures for problems encountered in the assigned process.
• Follow the 3S and 3N policy of the Company (No Defect Received, No Defect Produced, No Defect Delivered) (SOP, SIMPLE, and Speed).
