Location: Home based - 100% remote

What You Will Do
The product analyst will work with stakeholders to ensure success of the product feature delivery and adoption, while providing technical leadership and innovation to internal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support in-scope services, including SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Viva Engage, Box and other Microsoft productivity tools.
- Support services that are delivered in compliance with all corporate, and standard operating procedures and processes using Metrics, Compliance Checks and Reports.
- Create required documentation, knowledge articles and communications related to above technologies.
- Provide Support for local, regional and/or global projects and activities undertaken by IT in support of its mission as opportunities arise.
- Ensure sufficient storage space by reviewing usage and activity reports and performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Collaborate with Security, Quality, and subject matter experts to ensure that SOX and GxP control requirements are met and validated for SharePoint compliance.
- Perform migrations of SharePoint sites as needed using Microsoft T2T migration tool, Sharegate or other migration tools.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
- Relevant technology experience.
- Experience managing enterprise IT services, technical products, or projects.
- Ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize priorities and act with a sense of urgency when necessary.
- Industry best practice knowledge of M365 Office products, including SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, Digital Development, automation, and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot advanced cloud & client problems in a complex email environment.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and processes.
- Cloud troubleshooting capabilities to enable global deployments.
- Understanding of IT Change Management concepts.
- Hands-on experience in automation using PowerShell scripting with SharePoint online.
- Hands-on experience in site administration including site design, coauthoring, configuration, permissions, and navigation setup.
- Experience with Microsoft T2T and Sharegate.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management.
- Ability to think logically and analyze application and business process requirements.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Experience working with enterprise ITSM solutions (e.g. ServiceNow) preferred.
