Job Description
Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs (SEN) Location: Bexley Pay: £80 - £90 per day (depending on experience)
Role Overview: Are you passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential? As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Bexley, you'll provide essential 1:1 and group support to pupils within vulnerable groups, helping them stay focused, understand tasks, and develop key skills. Your role will involve a mix of classroom activities, preparing learning spaces, assisting with reading, and promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
What We're Looking For:
Caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Teaching Assistant.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to adapt to children's needs.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
