Do you have experience with Google Adds? Are you a passionate digital marketer ready for a fresh challenge? We're looking for an experienced Paid Search & Social expert to join an exciting agency in Cheltenham! If you've got ecommerce experience and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid search and social campaigns, we want to hear from you.

You'll lead digital strategies, managing a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, with full autonomy to advise on and execute campaigns that deliver measurable success. Collaborate with this company’s creative team, drive insights, and take ownership of your clients' digital growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Run and optimise paid search and social media campaigns (including Google Shopping)
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to align strategy with business goals
• Analyse campaign performance to maximize ROI and find new opportunities
• Stay ahead of trends, conduct keyword research, and boost conversion rates
• Manage client relationships, offering proactive advice to elevate their results
• Work on TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns is a plus!

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience driving paid search and social media success
• Proficiency with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn
• Ideally Google Ads and Analytics certified, with experience in GA4
• Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to digital strategy
• A knack for boosting ecommerce sales and conversions
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
