Job Description
Distribution Governance Consultant - Salary up to £33,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Governance Consultant to join our growing Health Governance and Assurance team! If you are passionate about mitigating risks and enhancing operational efficiency, then we want to hear from you!
A bit about the job:
You will be supporting the Distribution and Pricing team's implementation of the Operational Risk and Control Management ( ORCM) frameworks, supporting the Risk Owner / Risk Nominee to maintain high standards in Risk Control Self assessments (RCSA), ensuring effective control measures and reflecting this accurately on ICare. The successful individual will also assist with improvement in processes, controls, and customer outcomes through championing learning from root cause analysis, to prevent further instances of customer harm. You will also provide input to key Health Forums; including, but not limited to, Risk Committees, Trading forums and Health Leadership Meetings.
Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.

What you'll get for this role:
Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too. And one of the ways we live up to that promise is by investing in you. We have so much to offer when it comes to being an Aviva colleague.
