Location: York / remote (must live close to York, have a driving licence and vehicle)

Salary: up to £35,000 + commission

REALM 47 are a property development, investment and education / coaching organisation who have the vision to become the premier residential property firm in the UK.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for an induvial to join them, who will play a pivotal part in their success and continued growth.

This position is completely varied, and no two days will be the same. Just some responsibilities are listed below, but you must be open minded to anything the business might require of you.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Support:

• Lead generation, market analysis, and buyer database management
• Create marketing campaigns, and assist with property onboarding

Support for MD:

• Task and invoice management
• Social media content capture

Portfolio Management:

• Rental listings, tenant inquiries, viewings, and applications
• Oversee maintenance, compliance checks, and property inspections
• Manage utilities, heating, and occupancy analysis

Serviced Suites Management:

• Client check-ins, manage supplies, linens, and cleaning schedules

Property Onboarding & Listings:

• Coordinate property photography, floorplans, and staging
• Handle enquiries, schedule viewings, and ensure listing updates

Administrative & Marketing Support:

• Client communications, mail-outs, and market updates
• Office organization, event support, and occasional errands

Skills Required:

The right person for this role will be extremely ambitious and incredibly organised. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach to their work who has experience in numerous aspects of the job description, in addition to the below;

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Highly analytical
• Ability to work flexibly at pace
• Experience with, Excel, and social media platforms
• Must drive, must live within the York area
