Salary: £37,500 + up to £6,000 bonus

Overview:

Parkside Recruitment is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our client’s team. Working from home, you’ll support clients across the North, delivering technical guidance on product specifications, installation, and support. This role involves regular travel to client sites to provide on-site support and collaborate with the Engineering Support Team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site consultations on product specifications and standards compliance.
• Provide installation training, site testing, and produce organized reports.
• Build relationships with contractors and engineers, offering ongoing technical support.
• Lead CPD seminars and identify new client opportunities with project engineers.

Qualifications:

• HND or Bachelor’s in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; organized and proactive.
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but training is provided.
