This fantastic opportunity is with a firm of chartered financial planners, who are passionate about their work, driving up standards in the industry and delivering an outstanding service to their customers. A great team to join, they are all trained by the MD and have been recognised as one of the top 100 financial advisors in the country.
Key areas of responsibility and duties:
Preparing Letters
Calling Providers
Maintaining client data on the CRM and informing Providers where appropriate
Managing day to day client enquiries
Providing cover of reception duties to include answering the phones, scanning and dealing with inbound and outbound post
Comply with the relevant Compliance, Treating Customers Fairly, SMCR, Anti-Money laundering procedures and relevant FCA rules at all times
Full time hours - 35 hours p.w. 9.00 - 5.00 (100% site based)
GBP23500-GBP25000 neg. + benefits
About you:
This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated candidate who ideally has previous financial administration experience or you may be a graduate who is looking to gain experience of working within a financial services sector.
