- Hold a 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Linguistics from a leading UK university
- Have previous experience working with children with SEN
- Be confident in managing behavioural needs and supporting SEND students
- Bring specific experience in speech and language support (preferred)
- Show a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
