What we are looking for in a Site Manager:
We are looking for a resourceful, reliable, well organised and flexible individual to join the staff of our unique, friendly and highly regarded IAPS School from January 2025.
Responsibilities:
*
A wide range of duties connected with the upkeep of the school site
*
Supporting the daily operational needs of the school
*
Ensure it is a safe place for all members of our school community
*
Day-to-day caretaking duties of the school
Qualifications and Experience as the Site Manager:
*
Managing a school, or similar premises, with
*
Previous health and safety and building services (such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry) knowledge and experience.
*
Strong organisational and IT skills
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and take initiative
*
Collaborate effectively within a team.
We welcome applications from applicants who do not have experience in all areas of the job description as training will be offered to the successful candidate!
The role is a full-time, all year-round position, working 40 hours per week from 7am to 4pm.
Visits by prior arrangement are welcome.
