The successful Graduate Building Surveyor's Role
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be an integral part of a growing team, engaging in a wide range of building surveying practices within a commercial environment.
This role offers exposure to diverse projects, providing hands-on experience and growth opportunities as you progress towards MRICS status.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in varied building surveying activities, gaining comprehensive exposure to the commercial sector
Work alongside senior surveyors to support project delivery and client management
Benefit from tailored APC support, ensuring a structured pathway to becoming chartered
Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development within a collaborative team
The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor
RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
Any relevant construction or consultancy experience (beneficial but not essential)
Commitment to APC progression and professional growth
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
