What You’ll Be Doing
* Marketing Support: Assist with executing marketing initiatives, including supporting digital campaigns, social media, and content production to engage our target audiences.
* Revenue Operations (RevOps): Collaborate on RevOps projects to streamline processes, analyse performance metrics, and ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
* Sales Development Representative (SDR) Support: Support lead generation efforts by qualifying leads, preparing outreach strategies, and scheduling meetings to help fill the pipeline.
* Business Development & Deal Support: Assist with prospect research, proposals, and materials for active deals. Participate in client calls, manage action items, and track progress on key accounts.
* Website & Content Strategy: Contribute to website redesign initiatives and assist in implementing a content strategy that aligns with our brand and drives engagement.
* CRM Management: Support CRM strategy execution, including updating data, tracking customer interactions, and assisting with workflows that improve sales, marketing, and account management alignment.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports to measure the success of various initiatives, tracking key metrics to provide insights for the team and recommending improvements.
What You Bring to the Table
* A strong interest in commercial strategy, sales, marketing, or business development.
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant internship experience (0-2 years) in a related field.
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and/or graphic design experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
