About the Role - Early Years Teacher
Early Years Teacher, full-time reception class role, providing a dynamic, nurturing learning environment.
Foster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development in young learners.
Work closely with the Early Years team, senior leaders, and support staff to deliver an engaging curriculum.
Develop innovative and interactive lesson plans that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
Regularly track and assess children's progress to personalise learning experiences.What We're Looking for in an Early Years Teacher
QTS required, with a minimum of two years' teaching experience.
Strong background as an Early Years Teacher, especially within a reception class setting.
Ability to engage and motivate young pupils, using both structure and creativity.
Genuine dedication to the development and well-being of early learners.
