Strategic Account Manager - Salary circa £85,000

A bit about the job:

In this role you will:
  • Represent Aviva in the Strategic Account broker market, promoting a customer-centric approach and encouraging positive relationships with key brokers
  • Lead deal negotiations with senior stakeholders, coordinating financial agreements and managing broker expectations to ensure service delivery
  • Prepare detailed internal reports based on financial insights and data
  • Work efficiently with a virtual team to supervise and influence broker performance and gather feedback

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze and interpret financial data; number literate with a keen understanding of financial metrics.
  • Strong and eloquent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships and influence others across a range of business areas and all levels of seniority.
  • Strategic and critical thinking
  • Proven track record in deal negotiation, broker engagement, and account management

  • Starting salary circa £85,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
