A bit about the job:
- Make day-to-day underwriting decisions within guidelines and agreed authority limits, crafting multifaceted underwriting solutions
- Communicate effectively and manage intermediary relationships
- Develop sustainable relationships to support new business growth and understand relevant Broker markets
- Identify and act on opportunities for service and operational improvements, sharing ideas with peers
- Ensure compliance with our governance frameworks and organisational risk policies
Skills and Experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing your own underwriting caseloads within a regulatory environment, adhering to due process and authority limits
- Expertise in complex, commercial development risks preferably with some Rights to Light experience (Title to Shares and European Title knowledge is a plus)
- Strong product knowledge, market awareness, and networking presence in the Title Insurance sector
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex information and extract relevant facts
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues and influence key contacts in the marketplace

- Starting salary Competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
