Due to business growth, Churchill are excited to have a new role for a Business Development Insight & Research Manager. A vital role within the Growth Business Development team, the role of Business Development Insight & Research Manager will focus on building and implementing an insight and research function. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the Business Development Insight & Research Manager will be fully supported by our Business Development Team, Bid Team, pricing and CRM team.
As Business Development Insight & Research Manager you’ll be:
* Developing and maintaining an insight and research function for prospect and client development.
* Working with marketing, business development and external providers on tracking, targeting accounts with decision making units mapped, including creation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and arranging agreed networking events across the Group.
* Presenting Churchill Group and sibling brands to potential clients through direct communication
* Devise tailored presentations to potential clients as part of ongoing engagement.
* Creating and supporting Win plans and Capture planning for priority pipeline
* Working as part of the bid team on agreed opportunities to create win themes and solutions per opportunity detailing compelling reasons to win, including clear commitments across all opportunities.
* Generating weekly reports and CRM dashboards as required by the Chief Growth Officer
As Business Development Insight & Research Manager you’ll have:
* Experience in a sales or marketing role, with recent experience in Facility Management.
* Ability to attend meetings at different locations within your designated region and other regions as necessary (although the role is home-based)
* Drive, motivation and attention to detail in ensuring all growth opportunities are explored and capitalised.
* Good communication skills with interpersonal skills to interact at all levels.
* Strong IT skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook) and CRM databases.
* Flexible in working within the duties of the role and working hours, in order to meet deadlines.
* Ability to accept and implement feedback in a continuously developing environment.
* Able to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time.
