Job Description
Build Maintain Recruitment is seeking a skilled Graphics Technician to support our client’s design team in creating detailed 3D layouts, renderings, and client visuals. This role also involves managing and growing the company’s social media presence, showcasing their unique designs and engaging with an online audience.
Key Responsibilities:
3D Modelling & Visualisation:
Develop precise 3D models and technical drawings using SketchUp.
Produce high-quality renderings for client presentations.
Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure models meet client specifications.
Social Media Management:
Manage, update, and enhance social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Develop engaging content that highlights projects, customer stories, and insights.
Interact with followers to build and maintain brand presence.
Project Coordination:
Work with design, production, and sales teams to align visuals and technical materials.
Attend client meetings to understand design requirements and provide visual support.
Quality Control:
Ensure all visuals are high-quality, error-free, and on-brand.
Stay current with industry trends and suggest improvements to design and social media.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Skilled in SketchUp; knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
Proven experience in a similar graphics technician role within design, architecture, or furniture industries.
Experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms.
High attention to detail and a passion for design, particularly in bespoke furniture or interiors.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Graphic Design, 3D Modelling, or a related field.
Experience with other 3D modelling or rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
Photography or videography skills for capturing on-site projects.
