As a Supply Teacher in Camden, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools known for their welcoming atmosphere and strong sense of community. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking valuable classroom experience, this role offers the flexibility to match your schedule while allowing you to make a lasting impression on young learners. Our roles can range from short-term cover to longer assignments, allowing you to develop relationships with schools and students.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Previous experience in Key Stage 1 or similar primary school setting (experience with KS2 is also valuable).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
• Flexibility and reliability, capable of adjusting to various school settings.
• A valid, enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons: Create a positive and interactive learning environment that aligns with the school’s curriculum and objectives.
• Adaptability: Be ready to jump into various subjects and year groups, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of each class.
• Maintain standards: Uphold classroom management and behavior expectations in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with staff: Work closely with support staff, Teaching Assistants, and school leaders to foster a cohesive teaching approach.
• Support students: Encourage students’ academic, social, and personal development, ensuring all children feel included and valued.
