About the role: Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real difference in a vibrant primary school? Starting in January 2025, this full-time, long-term role will see you supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students to achieve their potential, while working closely with a team of dedicated educators.
As an HLTA, you will deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support to students, and play a key role in the school’s mission to inspire and nurture every child. Whether you are leading small group interventions or covering a class, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping confident and successful learners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to small groups or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support the learning and development of students across KS1 and KS2, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to create differentiated resources and activities.
• Provide pastoral care, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all pupils.
• Contribute to the school’s extracurricular programs, enhancing the learning experience for all students.
