About the role: Supply Teaching Assistant (TA): We are looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and support primary schools in Enfield, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly, gain valuable classroom experience, and develop your skills while supporting children from Reception to Key Stage 2 (KS2). Whether you are looking to assist with academic boosters, interventions, or special educational needs (SEN), we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking for flexible work or those seeking to build a career in education. Experience in a classroom setting or qualifications as a Teaching Assistant are preferred, but transferable skills (such as childcare, youth work, or social care) are highly valued too!

Application Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children (in any capacity).
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
• A passion for helping children succeed.
• A flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children with academic boosters and targeted interventions.
• Assist students with SEN (including autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs) to help them thrive in the classroom.
• Provide personal care when needed, ensuring all students receive the care and attention they deserve.
• Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
