If so, Tradewind Recruitment is excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in SEND Schools across Liverpool.
Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students with SEND, ensuring they have the assistance they need to succeed in various schools throughout Liverpool. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with teachers to create engaging, inclusive lessons.
Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
Offering emotional and behavioural support to students.
Working closely with staff to implement Educational Health Care Plans.
Encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you should bring:
A passion for working with children and young people with SEND.
Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
An Enhanced Child/Child and Adult Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply).
