Surrey based - Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving business success through effective people strategies? Our client, a renowned organisation in Surrey, is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's growth and success. With a focus on delivering best-in-class HR solutions, you will partner with managers across various business units to shape and implement strategies that align with both short and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide strategic HR business partnering services, offering guidance and support to managers in talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
Coach and guide managers on company policies, and industry best practice.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, mediating where necessary and working towards positive outcomes.
Design and implement effective strategies to manage and navigate periods of change, such as acquisitions, restructuring, and growth initiatives.
Enhance communication processes and programmes to foster a culture of engagement.The ideal candidate will be/have:
A graduate member of the CIPD, with a strong track record of providing HR Business Partner services within a fast-paced environment.
Extensive knowledge of UK employment law is essential.
Proven expertise in employee relations, change management, and project delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS.
Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to support talent management initiatives.
Experience in driving employee engagement and promoting diversity and inclusion.
