Job Description & Requirements
Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric Intensive Care - (RRT - PICU)
StartDate: 12/2/2024
Available Shifts: 12 D
Pay Rate: $1241.14 - $1430.00
RRT - NICU/PICU/ PEDI needed asap
Responsible for the pulmonary care of critical, non-critical, and chronically ill adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under the direction of a physician with minimal supervision. Performs patient assessments and institutes respiratory care plans. Performs various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures in all areas of the hospital.
Must have PICU and NICU experience
Per ministry policy - can cover ER, Floors, PICU and NICU
1 - 3 years of experience preferred
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
RT or RCP License in state of employment required
BLS required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC required
Current ACLS certification required
Current PALS certification required
Current NRP certification required
Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICU
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RT-TX
Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU
Experience: 1 year
Certifications: NRP-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Pedi
