PURPOSE OF THE JOB We are looking for a Finance Controller Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Italia. In addition to directly reporting to the entire Finance and Controlling Team, the person will have direct, day-to-day communication with the Administration, Accounting, and Marketing areas. Job Responsibilities YOUR IMPACT The internship in Finance Controlling is a fantastic opportunity to kick off your career and develop critical skills. You can support the Finance team in the following activities: Provide ad-hoc internal reporting on business performance. Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes. Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Profile WHAT YOU CAN BRING Requirements: University Degree in Finance and Business Administration. English (C1-C2) other languages are a plus. Proficient use of Excel and Office 360. Strong interest in numbers and processes. Soft & Interpersonal Skills: Positive and kind attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team-working attitude. Gentle communication and behavior with colleagues. Committed, flexible, and willing to learn. Ability to manage time and respect deadlines.
