Duties and Responsibilities: Provide telephonic and email support for any queries related to online sales. Provide support to both staff and to customers for online sales transactions. Guide customers through the online sales process, including product selection, payment, and delivery options. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales opportunities. Drive online Sales.
