Qualification and Skills Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: Grade 10 or equivalent Communication skills Basic understanding of the use of tools Understanding of and experience in plaza operation would be an added advantage. Ability to follow procedures Certificate of medical fitness Responsibilities: The successful candidates responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintains forecourt area Plaza garden and premises maintenance Ensuring that structures and road surfaces are cleaned according to standards laid down by management Monitor housekeeping to specified standards Comply with Health and Safety and Security Procedures at work. Ensuring equipment is maintained and stored correctly Assists with traffic control at plaza Ensuring that no wastage takes place Direct and control traffic Provide ad hoc assistance This Job Specification indicates only the main duties and responsibilities of the position and therefore is not intended as an exhaustive list.
