Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the marketing team and the CEO.


• Create and follow new Marketing Plans for our courses, both online and in-person.


• Collaborate with our blog A Dica do Dia.


• Translate and be responsible for all company materials in English.


• Manage SEO and content translations of all English content at rioandlearn.com.


• Manage SEM for the English-speaking market.


• Answer customer queries.


• Conduct analyses, studies, and research related to our clients.


• Utilize and improve our digital CRM-system with all information from former, current, and potential customers.


• Manage the company’s multiple data sets using AI tools.


• Gain insights and implement actions from enterprise data and AI.


• Identify and analyze competitors.

Qualifications:

• Native English speaker.


• Extensive knowledge of using AI.


• Extensive knowledge of content marketing.


• Strong grasp of SEO (SemRush and AI tools).


• Strong grasp of SEM (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).


• Strong grasp of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitch).


• Knowledge of online customer service and use of online sales communication tools.


• Digital marketing experience in e-commerce, including campaigns and promotions.


• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system software.


• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.


• Experience with research methods using data analysis software and SEO/SEM campaigns.


• Solid computer skills, including Google tools, web analytics, Google AdWords, and Meta.
