As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, your main challenges will be:

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes to find qualified professionals.
• Develop and execute talent attraction strategies.
• Proactively hunt for professionals through LinkedIn and other social media.
• Represent Azion's culture and promote the company's brand to candidates.
• Use tools and analytics to optimize the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on best practices and market trends in Talent Acquisition.

• Strong results orientation and ability to work agilely.
• Excellent communication and ability to present the company and its opportunities.
• Ability to build and maintain networking in the technology market.
• Analytical and data-driven profile, with the ability to interpret data and metrics and make informed decisions.
• Willingness to learn and teach, contributing to the continuous growth of the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 2 years of experience in recruiting technology professionals.
• Experience in hunting professionals through LinkedIn and other social media.
• Knowledge of the technology professional market.
• Ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, HR Management, or related fields.
• Advanced English.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with Looker.
• Knowledge of trends in the Talent Acquisition area.
• Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
