About the Role

As a Growth & Partnership Associate, you'll play an essential role in building awareness and driving engagement for Opal through innovative partnerships with social media creators. You'll work closely with Marjolaine, our Growth Manager, to test creative strategies for increasing our reach organically.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build Creator Partnerships: Identify and connect with creators across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You’ll initiate outreach and build partnerships that align with Opal’s growth goals, helping us increase visibility in an authentic way.
2. Experiment with Content Formats: Test new content styles and creator types (such as purchasing bio link placements) to find the most effective approaches. You’ll track campaign performance and help us learn what resonates best with our audience.
3. Optimize & Scale: As you discover successful formats, you’ll structure and refine our creator outreach process, making it efficient and scalable for future growth.
4. Daily Marketing Collaboration: Assist Marjolaine in other growth-related tasks, from coordinating with agency partners to supporting creative campaigns, ensuring a smooth and impactful execution of our strategies.
