We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Building strong relationships with Managers to understand the ins and outs of their departments, their hiring needs and job specifications
2. Creating and publishing job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
3. Sourcing candidates using several databases, job boards, social media, etc.
4. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications
5. Conducting interviews in compliance with best practices and local regulations
6. Closing candidates and assisting with their administrative onboarding
7. Providing analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team
8. Promoting the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
9. Cultivating a diverse talent pipeline, contributing to Odaseva's DEI initiatives
