Job Title: Trainee Mechanical Engineering Tutor (unqualified Tutor)
Location: Wiltshire (Classroom based)
Salary: £36,400
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria (for all candidates):
Must hold a recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering at Level 3 or above.
Must hold solid, occupational competency within Mechanical Engineering (minimum of 5 years).
Experience of providing on-the-job training would be highly desirable.
Confident to deliver training to groups of learners.Duties:
Assess and mentor learners working towards Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 3.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills:
Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learnersPlease note:
