Property Claims Asbestos Lead - Salary circa £50000

A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for assessing the risk associated with asbestos-related claims and ensuring that appropriate control and oversight are in place according to Aviva guidelines. You will also support supplier audits and performance reviews. When necessary, you will escalate and monitor asbestos claim issues, recommending changes to improve the overall system. You'll stay up to date with relevant regulations and industry best practices, providing guidance and involving external experts as needed. Additionally, you will contribute to training initiatives and monitor performance to identify trends, helping leaders address development needs within Aviva and its suppliers.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Strong Property damage Health & Safety knowledge and experience
- Ability to interpret, apply and explain health and safety legislation and in particular asbestos regulations and the relevant approved codes of practice
- Experience of working with suppliers and across various teams in a collaborative manner
- Strong customer awareness and a relentless focus on good customer outcomes
- Ability to create reports, analyse data and help with continuous improvement

- Starting salary circa £50000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
