Location: Home based with national travel

What you'll be doing:
Drive new business acquisition in the hazardous waste sector, focusing on targeted customers and market segments to meet budgetary requirements and align with business development strategy.
Manage and develop Veolia's hazardous waste business relationships with Facilities Management (FM) customers and National Accounts, including existing clients and new prospects.
Conduct market sector analysis and develop a clear strategy for the FM and National Accounts sectors, aligning with Veolia's hazardous waste service capabilities to deliver required growth.
Create and maintain sales pipelines using Salesforce, ensuring adherence to the Go/No Go process for opportunity pursuit.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with strategic customers and target market sectors.
Collaborate with the bid team and other divisions to produce high-quality, winning bids within required deadlines.
Facilitate smooth handover and mobilisation of successful new business acquisitions.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to senior executives of large Blue Chip companies.
What we're looking for:
Ability to negotiate new business sales at Director level within large Blue Chip companies
Proven track record of new business sales within the FM and/or National Accounts sector
Ability to develop and manage effective sales pipelines that follow a defined strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of waste management and FM
Experience preparing tenders and proposals
